In this role you will :
- Design and implement tools and processes for data collection, analysis, and reporting to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Manage existing reporting capabilities, ensuring they are up-to-date and effectively utilized.
- Create and maintain detailed workforce reports, dashboards, and metrics related to technology staffing and performance.
- Identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement within the Tech workforce.
- Build connections between multiple ongoing initiatives to determine inter-dependencies.
- Collaborate closely with Senior Leadership, Technology CIOs, HR, Finance, Clarity PPM, Third Party and other partners to understand workforce needs and develop reporting solutions.
- Prepare and present reports and insights to executive teams and stakeholders.
- Evaluate impact of Workforce initiatives and budgetary impact.
Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We’d love to work with you if you have :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Data Analytics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in workforce reporting or analytics
- Ability to handle complex data and translate it into clear, actionable insights.
- Proficiency in reporting and data visualization tools (Power BI) and advanced Excel skills.
- High performer and self starter with ability to operate independently, manage multiple priorities, deal with ambiguity, and drive initiatives to completion.
- Strong knowledge of project management, time tracking, and financial management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience interacting with senior executives as well as strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
