Overview
APEX is currently accepting applications for a Project Coordinator to join our Steel Door Manufacturing Group . Reporting to the Group Manager, this role is responsible for coordinating and supporting activities between Project Management and Production Planning . The Project Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring timely customer communication and supporting overall customer service initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee estimating activities
- Coordinate and manage the Quick Ship Program
- Support Production Planning to ensure production queues are maintained
- Ensure Customer Service initiatives are met and maintained
- Support Project Management with order processing and customer communication
- Coordinate and oversee logistics in advance of shipments
Qualifications
College diploma, university degree, or equivalent relevant work experience (considered an asset)Training or experience in production planning of steel doors and framesExperience with AvawareKnowledge and use of SYSPROStrong attention to detailEffective planning and time management skillsStrong communication skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
