Here is what a typical day looks like
- Prospect and up-sell to clients on all lines of business sold.
- Work and life balance with flexibility to create your own schedule to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Consistently generate quality new business by networking and building Centers of Influence to ensure a consistent stream of referral business.
- Promote retention by building strong relationships and providing quality advice to prospects and customers for long term sustainable growth.
- Navigate multiple insurance partner online portals to complete customer applications.
- Meet and exceed sales and retention targets.
- Collaborate with insurance company Underwriters to ensure evolving guidelines are met.
- Liaise between client and external insurance partners to ensure fair and proper representation for both parties.
- Continuous self-development, through industry and community involvement, and industry related courses.
The value you bring
- Level 2 Insurance license required
- A passion to help people protect what is most valuable to them.
- A self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset with unlimited earning potential through a mix of fixed and variable compensation
- You are a results-driven Sales Representative with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customers.
- The ability to communicate professionally in person, over the phone, and through email
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in the face of adversity
