Senior Product Designer (Must be located in Toronto)

The Opportunity :
We are looking for a Senior Product Designer who is interested in working with complex products that are focused on third order consequences and holistic product integration.
We need big-picture focused product design professionals who want to build things that customers love and who are mission-driven.
The Skills / Requirement Needed to Succeed :
- Must have 4+ years of relevant product design experience within an early-stage SaaS company.
- Strong proficiency in building end-to-end UI / UX processes and design execution.
- Must have a completed portfolio with relevant case studies that showcase clear design-thinking.
- Proven ability to interface with customers and gather actionable feedback.
- Interest in customer-centric design approaches and must have a mission-driven attitude.
- Some knowledge of HTML, CSS, SCSS, and basic frontend design technologies would be an asset.
- Some experience designing internal design systems is an asset.
- Must have exceptional collaboration and communication skills.
