Key Responsibilities
Product Catalog Management :
- Collaborate with product managers to identify and enrich products in the catalog.
- Maintain and manage digital assets in the product management system (e.g., images, product data).
- Organize products within established taxonomies and align systems for consistency.
Digital Platform Support :
- Assist branches in listing products on digital platforms, managing availability, and troubleshooting any issues.
- Coordinate with IT to resolve technical platform issues.
Administrative Support for Digital Platform Management :
- Support account setup, inventory management, and product promotions on digital platforms.
- Manage feature launches and user engagement campaigns, tracking performance through KPI analysis.
System Enhancements & Quality Assurance :
Participate in quality assurance for system enhancements, documenting requirements for new features and assisting with testing.

- Attention to Detail : Ensure accuracy in data entry, product listings, and asset management.
- Self-Motivation : Able to work independently and manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
- Technical Problem-Solving : Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Data Management Knowledge : Familiarity with data formats, file types, and asset management systems.
- Industry Knowledge : Knowledge of building materials and product specifications is an asset.
- Data Manipulation : Experience or education in data management, with proficiency in tools like Excel and ERP systems.
Requirements :
- Experience in eCommerce, data management, or digital asset management.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and familiarity with asset management systems.
- Knowledge of building materials or similar industries is an asset.
- Bilingual in English and Quebecois French is preferred.
