AircraftMaintenance Engineer AW169 Aircraft(Permanent)

We arecurrently recruiting for Aircraft Maintenance Engineers (AME) to bebased in one of four new operating bases in British Columbia(Vancouver Kamloops Prince Rupert and Prince George).
All AMEs will be responsible to Crew Chief for thecompletion of the maintenance and repair tasks assigned tothem.
Inthis role youwill :
Maintain adjustmodify test diagnose and repair AW169aircraft.
Create andcomplete task cards and work packs inWinAir.
Work withspecialized aviation and power tools computers and diagnosticequipment.
Conductscheduled maintenancetasks.
Keep timely andaccurate records of the repair and maintenance activities that wereconducted.
Usethe appropriate Personal Protective Equipment fortasks / jobs.
Maintain a cleanand productive workarea.
Conduct aircraftcleaning duties of interior and exterior (excluding medicalbiohazards).
Work efficientlyalone and as part of ateam.
Read understandand adhere to the Safety & Health Policy Statement CompanyOccupational Health & Safety Manual Company Policies andProcedures and theMPM.
Utilize theCompany reporting system to report any hazard incident oraccident.
Enter labour inthe labour tracking system accurately for all tasksperformed.
Perform work inaccordance with all Transport Canadaguidelines.
Other duties asassigned.
Profil
Theidealcandidate :
Must hold avalid Transport Canada M1 and / or M2 AMElicense.
Have experienceworking on a rotarywing asset ideally on Leonardo HelicoptersAWFamily aircraft in particular theAW169.
Havedemonstrated experience working on WinAir or other similarmaintenanceprograms.
Have goodorganizationalskills.
Isproficient in English written andspoken.
Have thephysical ability to sit or crouch for extendedperiods.
Have thephysical ability to walk and / or stand for extendedperiods.
Have physicaldexterity to allow working in confinedspaces.
Theability and willingness to undertake shiftwork.
Iscomfortable working atheight.
Youare eligible for an Airport RestrictedArea Identity Card (RAIC)
Have the rightto work in Canada and / or have or can obtain a Canadianpassport.
Hold a validdriver slicense .
The ideal candidate : Must hold a valid Transport Canada M1 and / orM2 AME license. Have experience working on a rotary-wing asset,ideally on Leonardo Helicopters AW-Family aircraft, in particular,the AW169.
Have demonstrated experience working on WinAir or othersimilar maintenance programs. Have good organizational skills. Isproficient in English, written and spoken.
Have the physicalability to sit or crouch for extended periods. Have the physicalability to walk and / or stand for extended periods.
Have physicaldexterity to allow working in confined spaces. The ability andwillingness to undertake shift work. Is comfortable working atheight.
You are eligible for an Airport Restricted Area IdentityCard (RAIC) Have the right to work in Canada and / or have or canobtain a Canadian passport.
Hold a valid driver slicense.
