The OpportunityLounsbury Heavy-Duty Truck Centre in Moncton is looking for a Technical Service Administrator.We are looking for a skilled and customer-oriented person.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in heavy-duty truck maintenance and repair, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to assist the supervisor in managing the workflow in the shop.

Customer Interaction : Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs, provide updates on repair status, and offer professional advice on maintenance and repair options.
Workflow Assistance : Support the supervisor in overseeing the daily operations of the service department, including scheduling, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring efficient workflow.
Team Collaboration : Work closely with other technicians and staff to ensure a cohesive and productive work environment.
QualificationsCompleted high school or GED. Post-secondary education is an asset. Technical knowledge of trucks is required Must have a valid driver's licenses and a clean driver's abstract Must be computer literate - be able to use Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and be able to learn a new computer program.
Previous experience with CDK is an asset. Strong interpersonal skills, customer service skills, and troubleshooting skills A good team player, has a sense of urgency and has the ability to multi-taskThe work schedule alternates weekly.
In Week 1, the hours are Monday to Friday from 8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm. In Week 2, the hours are Monday to Friday from 4 : 30pm to midnight (this is subject to change based on workflow).
