Junior Scheduler F / H

Reporting to the Scheduling Lead, the main duties are to assist in the preparation and updating of the pre‑construction and construction activities schedule, along with the updating of the design schedule. They will coordinate with the procurement, construction, and design teams to effectively support the execution of the project.

Preparation of the Execution Phase Schedule of the Project

• Verify and adjust the Execution Phase schedule based on the progress of the design and permitting activities and evolving contractual requirements.
• Communicate and coordinate with the various project departments the necessary evolutions to the pre‑construction and construction activities schedule (Execution Phase Schedule).
• As progressively confirmed, perform the baseline of the early works schedule.
• Prepare the Execution Phase Baseline Schedule.
• Participate in the risk management activities (identification of risks, incorporation of contingencies in the schedule etc.).
• Ensure the schedule is compliant with quality indicators and properly configured for baselining.
