Location : Mount Laurel NJ

Duration : 6months Contract with possible extensions

JobDescription :

We are seeking a Quality Assurance CrossPlatform Lead with a minimum of 10 years experience in IT / QAleading and supporting projects.

You will act as the primaryinterface between the team and other groups including the vendordevelopers senior management and support concerning theproject.

Responsibilities :

AttendDiscovery workshops / JAD sessions and assess impacts.

Identify testing scope and estimate the testing effort.

Mobilize cross functional testing teams and develop allocationplans.

Lead the testing effort and / or team to planconstruct and execute release tests.

Develop key metricsto manage execution and defect resolution.

Applybusiness and functional knowledge to meet the teams overall testobjectives.

Create Testing artifacts and develop testingstrategies and scenarios to ensure alignment with project deliverydocumentation.

Coach and advise testers asrequired.

Requirements :

10 yearsoverall experience in IT / QA leading and supportingprojects.

5 years as a crossplatform test lead insupporting large cross functional projects.

Experiencein Core Banking is required.

Superior customercommunication and expectations management.

Strongexperience with JIRA & Confluence.

Fluency in Agileproject management.

Exceptional understanding ofsoftware development and testing processes.

Experiencewith data mapping / migration testing is required.

Experience in projects that have complex datarequirements.

Experience implementing test automation isstrongly preferred.

Please note this is anonsite role so candidates must be willing and able to work in MountLaurel NJ. This is a 6month contract with the possibility ofextension based on performance and business needs.
