UX/UI Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UX / UI Designer on a remote basis. The ideal candidate will bring a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to design intuitive, visually appealing interfaces for various digital products.

The focus will be on creating seamless and engaging user experiences while being cost-effective. We are looking for a 3 month contract to start.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user data and feedback to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for diverse digital products.
• Optimize PowerPoint presentations to enhance clarity and visual impact, improving layout, flow, and design consistency.
• Design and develop engaging newsletter templates that align with brand guidelines, ensuring clear messaging and optimal user engagement across devices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to iterate on designs based on feedback.
• Develop and maintain a consistent visual language and design system that aligns with the team’s brand.
• Design visually compelling and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
• Design interactive elements and ensure a seamless user experience.
• Work closely with developers to implement and refine interactive components.
• Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather insights and validate design choices.
• Iterate designs based on usability test results and user feedback.
• Work closely with product stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and align with project goals.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in UX / UI design with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in web and mobile design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience with creating and maintaining design systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience conducting user research to understand the needs, behaviors, and pain points of users.
