The Job!
You will be the go-to expert for Human Resources and Employment Relations, you provide integral support to the business’s clients. You will :
- Act as a top resource and point-of-contact for clients seeking advice and solutions.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the company’s products and services available for clients.
- Manage phone calls and communications with clients who require support.
- Provide information and other resources to support the advice / solution offered to them.
- Build relationships and develop rapport with clients, gaining trust and ensuring to be their go-to advisor.
- Engage in continuous learning and development, keeping up with any changes to HR and employment legislation and standards.
- Track KPIs and ensure performance aligns with or exceeds expectations in order to be successful.
- Upload all provided advice and solutions to Salesforce and other systems for records.
- Ensure to perform in accordance with company policies, procedures, and protocol, and escalate cases when needed.
- Conduct welcoming / onboarding calls with clients to discuss services and advise on available supports.
- Seek and request feedback in pursuit of continuous growth and improvement.
- Maintain professionalism and exceptional client support to promote and improve company reputation.
- Other tasks as required.
What you bring to the job
You are an HR and Employment expertise who enjoys playing a supportive, external-facing role. You operate with a service-oriented and solutions-focused mindset.
You are highly motivated, organized, and determined to excel. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy being on-site. You also have :
- Relevant post-secondary education.
- CHRP, CPHR or CHRL designation required.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant HR experience.
- Experience working in a target-driven environment for shared services is ideal.
- Thorough knowledge of HR and labour legislation and standards.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills.
- Motivated, a self-starter, proactive, and enthusiastic.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Solid ability to organize time and juggle multiple urgent priorities.
