Our client is looking for a Senior Interior Designer for a 12-month contract!
Job Details :
- Location : Hybrid (2 days per week onsite - Toronto)
- Contract : 12 months
- Pay : $56 / hr - T4 only
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with the Senior Design Manager to define project scope, vision, and design briefs.
- Conduct site assessments, identify design opportunities, and prepare recommendations.
- Develop space programs and design briefs, with an emphasis on sustainability, accessibility, and inclusivity.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment with project parameters, budgets, and timelines.
- Produce high-quality renderings, mood boards, and presentations to communicate design concepts.
- Maintain and evolve Workplace Design Standards, incorporating post-occupancy feedback.
Key Competencies :
- Strong project leadership with commercial awareness.
- Attention to detail, balancing quality with cost-efficiency.
- Proficiency in graphic presentation, storytelling, and space planning.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- 8+ years in workplace design with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite.
- Preferred certification with AIA, RIBA, CIDQ, WELL, or LEED.
