Pega Developer | NT1029A1

We are seeking an experienced Pega Developer to design, develop, and implement robust and scalable Pega-based solutions across various business functions.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of Pega development experience, with a strong foundation in Pega application design and architecture.

In this role, you will work closely with enterprise architects, business analysts, solution architects, and project managers to ensure the technical and functional requirements are met, providing technical direction and mentoring junior developers on the Pega platform.

Additionally, you will be responsible for integrating Pega applications with other enterprise systems and optimizing system performance for a seamless user experience.

• Solution Development : Design, develop, and implement scalable Pega solutions that meet business requirements across different functions.
• Architecture Design : Collaborate with enterprise architects to design Pega system architecture in line with IT infrastructure, security standards, and architectural best practices.
• Mentorship : Provide guidance and technical direction to junior developers, supporting them with development tasks, coding standards, and best practices.
• Collaboration : Work closely with business analysts, solution architects, and project managers to ensure solutions meet both technical and functional requirements.
• Integration Solutions : Develop and implement integration solutions for Pega applications with other systems, including cloud platforms, data warehouses, and third-party APIs.
• Performance Optimization : Monitor and tune Pega applications, optimizing database queries, processes, and user interfaces to improve system efficiency and user experience.

Requirements

Experience : Minimum of 8 years in Pega development with expertise in Pega application design and architecture.

Pega Technical Skills :

• Proficient in Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC).
• Strong knowledge of Case Management and Workflow design in Pega.
• Experience with Pega APIs and connectors, including SOAP and REST.
• Familiarity with Pega Decisioning and Marketing.
• UI / UX customization within the Pega platform.
• Debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning in Pega applications.
• Integration Skills : Proficiency in developing integration solutions with enterprise systems, cloud platforms, data warehouses, and third-party APIs.
• Performance and Optimization : Skilled in monitoring, tuning, and optimizing Pega applications, including database management and query optimization.
• Development Practices : Knowledge of Agile and DevOps practices, CI / CD pipeline setup, and management, especially for Pega deployments.
• Security : Understanding of authentication and security standards within Pega.
• Collaboration : Strong communication skills to work with cross-functional teams, translating business needs into well-designed Pega solutions.
• Tools and Platforms : Familiarity with version control systems (Git, Bitbucket) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
