As a key member of ourleadership team you will model these values and equip others todeliver compassionate care that nurtures the physical spiritual andemotional wellbeing of residents in a setting that celebrates agingand diversity.
KeyResponsibilities :
- ResidentCentered Care : Foster an atmosphere of residentfocused care.
- Interdisciplinary Services : Coordinate interdisciplinary services for residents.
- Performance Management : Oversee efficient operations and performance management of theinterdisciplinary team.
- Leadership : Champion ourmodel of quality care and lead by example.
- Annual Budget : Develop andmanage expenses within the approved annual budget.
- Safety : Maintain a safeenvironment for residents staff and self by adhering to safetyguidelines.
- CustomerService : Ensure excellence in customerservice.
- ProfessionalDevelopment : Promote continuous professionaldevelopment and education.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or asimilar healthrelated field
- Minimum of 3years’ experience in a leadership role
- Professional registration with the College of RegisteredNurses of Alberta (CARNA)
- CPRcertification
- Proven interpersonal leadershipand supervisory skills
- Experience ingerontology and wound management (an asset)
- Experience in continuing care with geriatric and dementiapopulations (an asset)
