Our client working in the field of insurance & wealth management, is looking to hire a fantastic candidate for their Office Assistant position in Ville Mont-Royal.

This is what your daily life will look like :

As a receptionist / office assistant, you will ensure the smooth running of the office.

Your daily activities will include duties like data entry, preparing out-going mail (Canada post / purolator) and sorting Deliveries, and scanning Invoices.

Hourly Salary of $19.00 to $20.00 per hour

Work schedule from 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m., 40 hours per week

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

Your responsibilities as a receptionist / office assistant :

  • Answer calls approximately 80-100 calls daily
  • Answering and routing calls on a queue
  • Sorting and scanning incoming mail, complete mail receipt list
  • Preparing out-going mail (Canada post / purolator)
  • Sorting Deliveries
  • Scanning Invoices
  • Support leadership team where required
  • purolator labeling and waybills completion.

Qualifications

Required skills :

  • Diploma of Secondary Education;
  • Bilingualism (French-English);
  • Experience in a similar position
  • Excellent organizational skills;
  • Attention to details;
  • Automomous by nature;
  • Able to work in a fast-paced work environment;
  • Good knowledge of the Office suite (Word and Excel);
  • Good analytical sense, dynamism, enthusiasm.
