Our client, a prestigious professional services firm, is looking for an Administrative Assistant - Office Coordinator to join their dynamic working team.

YOUR ROLE : As an Office Coordinator - Receptionist, you will support the administration in the administrative coordination of the office.

  • Your main responsibilities will include, among others : -Assist in the administration in daily operations of the office;
  • Provide administrative support to management ; -Relief reception and welcoming guests and employees; -Manage office accounts payments and invoicing;
  • Manage correspondence and orders ; -Any other related tasks. REQUIRED SKILLS : -Diploma of Vocational Studies (DVS); -Relevant experience in a similar role in a professional services environment;
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; -Good knowledge of both languages French and English (spoken and written);
