Bilingual Data Analyst :
TalentWorld is recruiting a Bilingual Data Analyst in Montreal, QC for a full-time and permanent position. As a Bilingual Data Analyst, you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth security operations, manage daily data reconciliation, support emergency operations, oversee KPI tracking, and facilitate communication between senior and frontline management.

Bilingual Data Analyst Responsibilities :
- Reconcile daily data and produce reports on variances for local review, taking necessary actions and corrections to resolve any inconsistencies.
- Provide real-time operational support and report critical issues to management.
- Operate as the Emergency Operations Centre (EOC) during emergencies.
- Assist in workforce deployment and maintain accurate communication with front-line staff.
- Track and report Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
- Oversee CCTV operations, ensuring compliance and security.
Bilingual Data Analyst Qualifications :
- Secondary education or equivalent work experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in data analytics.
- Fluency in both English and French languages.
- Ability to work any and all shifts within a 24 / 7 environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to foster teamwork.
- Strong ability to follow directions, with attention to detail.
