Relevant au Chef d'équipe régional des solutions de données, vous rejoindrez une équipe multidisciplinaire et très motivée de professionnels de l'immobilier. Cette équipe est responsable de la production de notre base de données des transactions commerciales, qui suit l'activité des investissements commerciaux dans les principaux marchés canadiens et fournit aux professionnels de l'immobilier des informations sur le marché et des données pour une prise de décision éclairée. Responsabilités principales

  • Analyse approfondie des transactions de ventes immobilières commerciales du Grand Montréal
  • Recherche approfondie des transactions de ventes immobilières commerciales
  • Prospection téléphonique à divers acteurs de l’industrie pour les besoins de recherche
  • Contribution aux publications hebdomadaires locales et nationales
  • Participation aux événements de réseautage de l’industrie afin de maintenir votre savoir professionnel et technique
  • Effectuer des visites de sites (de la semaine)
  • Maintenir votre compréhension de l’activité de l’industrie immobilière commerciale, incluant les mises en marché courantes et les ventes effectuées, à travers le Grand Montréal
  • Établir des relations avec les courtiers, les bailleurs, les urbanistes et les développeurs afin de gagner leur collaboration dans l’échange d’information

Compétences principales

  • Diplôme universitaire en urbanisme, en immobilier, business ou dans un domaine connexe
  • 1 à 3 années d’expérience en immobilier commercial
  • Expérience passée au sein de l’industrie du courtage immobilier, un atout
  • Bilingue, en anglais et français, écrit et oral, est une obligation
  • Permis de conduire valide, accès à un véhicule un atout
  • Fortes compétences analytiques, souci du détail, organisé
  • Excellent entregent, habilité à établir des relations de confiance avec les professionnels du milieu
  • Maîtrise de la suite Office (Excel, Word et PowerPoint)
  • Job Summary

    Reporting to the Regional Team Lead of Data Solutions, you will join a highly motivated, multi-disciplinary team of real estate professionals. This team is responsible for the production of our Commercial Transactions Database, which tracks commercial investment activity in key Canadian markets and provides real estate professionals with market insights and data for well-informed decision-making. In this role, you will research the commercial real estate market in the Greater Montreal Area, gaining first-hand knowledge of these markets.

    Key Responsabilities

  • Conduct in-depth research on commercial property sales in the Greater Montreal Area online and over the phone
  • Perform detailed analysis of commercial property sales
  • Cold call various industry players for research purposes
  • Contribute to the publishing of weekly newsletters and data in Canadian publications
  • Attend industry events to maintain professional and technical knowledge
  • Perform weekly site inspections to collect information on building details
  • Maintain an understanding of commercial real estate activity, including sales and listings, throughout the Greater Montreal Area
  • Build relationships with brokers, stakeholders, planners and developers to gain support for data cooperation
  • Key Qualifications

  • University degree in Urban Planning, Real Estate, business or related
  • 1-3 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate
  • Past experience within the brokerage industry is an asset
  • Bilingual, English and French, written and oral is a must
  • Valid driver’s license is required; access to a vehicle is an asset
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to be detail oriented and organized
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to establish trusted relationships with industry professionals
  • Proficient in use of database and word processing applications including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
