The Role
We are seeking a Store Manager for our Carrefour Angrignon location in LaSalle. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sporting apparel and footwear, with an upbeat attitude. The Store Manager will lead all store operations, drive sales, maintain visual standards, and develop a high-performing team providing exceptional customer service.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Motivate the sales team to exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Implement and improve in-store strategies while maintaining company standards.
- Develop a community-oriented store culture through strong customer relationships.
- Set weekly schedules and delegate daily tasks.
- Enhance store sales via effective inventory management, merchandising, and growth opportunities.
- Manage end-to-end e-commerce sales processes including processing, picking, packing, and shipping orders.
- Reduce store shrinkage by investigating inventory discrepancies and resolving issues.
- Handle weekly bank deposits and manage store expenses.
- Build a talent pipeline to develop future leaders.
- Stay informed about new product releases and upcoming inventory.
- Collaborate with HR to fill open positions and onboard new staff.
- Oversee biweekly payroll submissions.
- Ensure visual presentation aligns with merchandising standards.
- Host local events and initiatives, ensuring company standards are met.
