Our client, a large firm with multiple offices throughout Canada is seeking an experienced LAA to work in wills and estates in their downtown Vancouver office.
Our client is interested in candidates who are open to a temporary trial period following the interview process before being onboarded as a permanent employee.

Responsibilities include and are not limited to :
- Draft and orchestrating probate applications with minimal supervision
- Draft estate planning documents
- Investigate or search for relevant information from or in coordination with executors, administrators, banks, the PGT, skip tracers, and more
- Interpret and apply Wills, Estates and Succession Act, Estate Administration Act, Supreme Court Rules, Trustee Act, and more
Qualifications :
- 4+ years as an LAA in Wills & Estate
- Recognized LAA certificate
- Experience in wills and estates litigation (notice of disputes, certificates of pending litigation, mediation, and more)
- Experience in basic Land Title Office submissions
- Experience in Passing of Account applications
