Nous sommes une entreprise en pleine croissance, spécialisée pour un Fournisseur de produits en caoutchouc, et sommes actuellement à la recherche d’un(e) Project Manager ERP (Epicor) pour rejoindre notre équipe et prendre un rôle clé dans notre transformation digitale.
Description du poste :
Dans le cadre de notre projet de migration ERP (Epicor), nous cherchons une personne expérimentée capable de gérer ce projet stratégique et de diriger d'autres initiatives IT.
Vous serez le / la référent(e) en matière d’ERP au sein de l’organisation, rendant directement compte au Président.
Responsabilités principales :
- Prendre en charge la gestion du projet de migration ERP, en collaboration avec un partenaire externe.
- Analyser et documenter toutes les customisations actuelles afin de maximiser l'utilisation de l'ERP dans l'organisation.
- Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour comprendre et répondre aux besoins techniques et opérationnels.
- Assurer la continuité des services logiciels (gestion des requêtes Access, transition vers SQL).
- Coordonner et optimiser les ressources et les budgets associés aux projets IT.
- Apporter un soutien stratégique et technique à l'équipe infrastructure (2 personnes) et aux projets en lien avec le service technique.
- Assurer la liaison avec la société externe qui assure le support du logiciel localement.
Profil recherché :
- Connaissance approfondie des environnements ERP, idéalement Epicor.
- Maîtrise des bases de données Access et SQL, avec une capacité à effectuer la transition.
- Expérience dans la gestion de projets IT, avec une bonne compréhension des budgets et de la documentation.
- Capacité à prendre un rôle stratégique au sein d'une organisation en pleine évolution.
- Flexibilité et ouverture à travailler dans un environnement "temp to perm" ou en emploi permanent directement.
