About the Role
This role within Field Readiness is passionate about the successful implementation of core Workday, Adaptive, and new technologies
The Field Readiness Architect will provide guidance and leadership to the field through the following programs :
Product Lead
Knowledge Sharing Sessions
Product Release Update Certification Program
Altitude, Rising and Workday major events
Additionally, the FRA will provide ownership of :
Assessing the need and creation of training, tools, templates, project plans, estimating tools and methodology documentation.
Owning the creation and maintenance of pre-configurations in order to drive efficiency.
Keeping up-to-date and providing assessments on feature designs, roadmap, deprecation plans, as well as development progress.
Serving as a point of contact for concerns that the field deployment teams cannot address on their own or for which they need Product input.
Influencing product direction based on customer and deployment needs.
About You
Basic Qualifications
4 year College Degree or 6+ years of proven experience meeting other qualifications
For a Sr. Field Readiness Architect (P4)
3+ years deploying or supporting Workday or Adaptive Planning applications
1+ year(s) in a lead role or in a role coaching others
For a Field Readiness Architect (P3)
2+ years deploying or supporting Workday or Adaptive Planning applications
Other Qualifications
- Workday technology proficiency : a Workday super user, Workday employee, customer or partner consultant experienced in Workday technologies including but not limited to the following :
- Adaptive Planning Integrations
- Peakon
- VNDLY
- Workday Strategic Sourcing
- Workday Extend
- Workday Orchestrate for Integrations
- Workday SOAP & REST APIs
- Implementation experience and proficiency with project methodology concepts; experience in the field as a billable consultant working on integration deployments.
- Knowledge of Workday technologies in the context of one or more of core applications :
- Workforce Management
- Talent Optimization
- Strong presentation skills : background in presenting and crafting presentation materials on a large scale with multiple audience types (virtual, classroom, recorded, etc.)
- Knowledge of deployment processes and standard methodologies and ability to articulate those practices to the wider Workday ecosystem.
- Writing, editing and publishing competencies
- Ability to travel approximately 10% - 20%

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location.
As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission / bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
