Security Technician

Overview

Our Moncton office is looking for a Security Technician to join the team. The main duties of this role are to install security integrated systems on customer sites across the province. On‑call rotation would also be expected of the individual. In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance of various systems.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Perform complete installations, pulling cable and installing security integrated devices.
• Communicate with the customer and determine the nature of the problem or trouble with the security integrated system.
• Independently perform quality work and recommend improvements to ensure that customer satisfaction is met.
• Test and commission security integrated systems to ensure proper functionality.
• Complete various reports and documents related to the work performed.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience with service and installation of security integrated products.

Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.

Possess a valid Provincial Driver’s License.
