What You Will Get To Do :
- Develop and implement strategic plans and objectives around the delivery of services and client onboarding.
- Be heavily involved in sales and engagement with customers.
- Play an important role in the development of the product roadmap to drive functional breadth and depth for Insurance Operations.
- Display in-depth knowledge of the Insurance market, insurance operations including accounting and regulatory reporting, the competitive landscape, and technology to make decisions that have significant, long-term impacts success and growth.
- Exercise significant influence and is highly visible among executives and clients on matters of great importance to the organization.
What You Will Bring :
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, mathematics, accounting or related discipline
- 10+ years relevant experience working for an insurance company or financial institution
- Prior substantive management / supervisory experience is required
- Substantive knowledge of the insurance market and can provide ideas to generate business / sales
- Experience with project delivery and successful methodologies, ideally onboarding and / or implementing Insurance operations services
- Ability to work with clients and help sales
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to explain and discuss financial information / calculations to different audiences
- Ability to initiate and drive multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a strong control environment
- Ability to work under pressure and manage activity with respect to tight client deadlines
