The Continuing Education Department of Champlain College Saint-Lambert requires the services of an HOURLY INSTRUCTOR to teach the course of Residential Real Estate Brokerage Contracts (221-009-LA)
This course will enable students to learn the mechanisms used to apply the legislation related to residential real estate brokerage contracts, so that they can identify, analyze and draft the different brokerage contracts and other related compulsory and recommended forms. Moreover, by the end of this course, students will be able to draft special clauses adapted to a given situation regarding brokerage contracts for the sale, purchase and leasing of a residential property. Required Qualifications : Must have a thorough knowledge of how to apply the legislation related to residential real estate brokerage contracts. Must have a bachelor's degree in a related field and be a licensed Lawyer or Notary in Quebec. This course is taught in English; excellent communication skills in English required. Teaching experience within a similar program is an asset.
