We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide support, and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.

You will be the voice of our company, ensuring a positive customer experience and maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries or complaints.
• Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or gather feedback.
• In-depth knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information.
• Resolve customer issues and concerns by clarifying the problem and providing the best solution.
• Document all interactions, including customer queries, complaints, and resolutions.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to supervisors or relevant departments.
• Meet performance goals and KPIs, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and quality assurance standards.
• Maintain professionalism, patience, and empathy during customer interactions.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent (Required). A college degree is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications and typing skills.
• Empathy, patience, and active listening skills.
