The Opportunity

The Production & Fabrication Supervisor will be the operational leader on the floor, overseeing production employees while ensuring safety, quality, efficiency, and accountability. This role blends hands-on technical expertise with people leadership , process coordination, and continuous improvement.

You will act as the link between operations planning and daily execution — making sure jobs flow smoothly, teams are supported, and standards are upheld.

Key Responsibilities

Production Leadership & Scheduling

• Provide floor leadership with a dotted-line responsibility to all production employees
• Take the weekly production schedule from the Operations Manager and facilitate daily scheduling, job flow, and production meetings
• Lead job orientation, workflow planning, and sequencing to meet delivery commitments

People Leadership & Accountability
