WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Plan, organize, and lead the restaurant to ensure its efficiency and profitability.
• Recruit, train, and develop an exceptional, professional, and welcoming service team.
• Maintain continuous communication with the kitchen to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Be present on the floor to guarantee an exceptional customer experience and develop clientele.
• Supervise and motivate teams, ensuring optimal coordination.
• Manage budgets, inventories, and achieve financial objectives.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments for optimal synergy.
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times and interact with our guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
• Be knowledgeable about the hotel’s offerings and schedules to provide comprehensive information to guests.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• You have a deep desire to create unique moments for our clients and possess strong leadership with at least 5 years of experience in managing high-end restaurants.
• You have the energy, endurance, and availability for this demanding role, with flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• You are bilingual in French and English for effective communication with an international clientele.
• You maintain exemplary service standards while managing high client volumes.
• You are passionate, energetic, and professional, with a positive attitude and contagious enthusiasm.
