Coordonnateur de l’inventaire - Responsabilités :

Faciliter la communication et la collaboration avec les autres départements pour

assurer le bon déroulement de l'opération;

Assurer le respect des normes professionnelles lors de la gestion des stocks;

Enregistrer périodiquement tous les changements d'inventaire et rapporter les

données au superviseur;

Mettre à jour le système ERP et effectuer des transactions;

Gérer le transfert d'inventaire entre les différents départements;

Veuiller assurer que tous les articles entreposés soient entreposés correctement

conformément aux directives de la qualité des produits et de la sécurité alimentaire;

Gérer les relations avec les différentes parties prenantes internes et résoudre les conflits pour promouvoir des changement organisationnel.

Gérer les contraintes, les livrables, la sécurité alimentaire, les besoins en contrôle

qualité et les besoins en ressources tels que définis par les parties prenantes.

Faire preuve de respect pour la diversité et d'appréciation des différences culturelles lors de la gestion de projets d'inventaire.

Répondez aux problèmes qui se développent lors de la gestion de projets en modifiant votre approche de gestion et de leadership.

Inventory Coordinator Responsibilities :

Facilitate communication and collaboration with other departments to ensure the

successful completion of the operation;

Ensure compliance with professional standards when managing inventory;

Record all inventory changes periodically and report the data to the supervisor;

Update the ERP system and do transactions;

Manage inventory transfer between the different departments;

Ensure that all items stored are stored properly according to the guidelines for

maintaining product quality and food safety;

Manage relationships with various internal stakeholders and resolve conflict to promote positive

organizational change.

Manage constraints, deliverables, food safety criteria, quality control needs and

resource requirements as defined by the stakeholders

Show respect for diversity and an appreciation of cultural differences when managing inventory projects.

Respond to problems that develop when managing projects by modifying your management and leadership approach.
