The Company

Our client is a leading B2C manufacturer based in Whitby. They are looking for a Multimedia Designer to work onsite on a 6 month initial contract. This is a full-time contract position with opportunities for extension.

The Position

We are looking for an innovative Multimedia Designer who is passionate about creating remarkable designs, and has a creative eye for photo and video shoots. This Multimedia Designer position is ideal for a self-starter with knowledge of creative software and superb design skills. The Designer's time will be focussing 50% on graphic design, 30% on photography / editing and 20% on videography / editing.

Responsibilities :

• Build original multimedia components that could be displayed on websites, mobile apps, presentations, and print mediums
• Participate in creative briefs and contribute to concepting creative ideas
• Enhance websites, multimedia presentations, and interactive displays and exhibits with exciting, communicative multimedia
• Design all promotional materials including banner ads, billboards, logo design, pitch decks, print ads, flyers and more
• Artwork retouching as needed
• Using the in house studio to photograph products, and film short videos
• Able to contribute to video production recommendations and manage technical requirements
