As a Dynamics CRM Marketing Consultant, you’ll be considered a learned professional who applies your subject matter expertise to design and implement CRM solutions for our clients across all phases of Avanade’s projects.
You will be responsible for working with clients in planning, designing, building, testing, and maintaining Dynamics CRM solutions, specifically within the Customer Insights module.
You understand the nuts and bolts of CRM systems, and, more importantly, you know how to connect with clients and lead a team to reach its goals.
You are organized, energetic, and as comfortable in front of a boardroom as in front of a whiteboard with a development team.

- Ability to effectively communicate complex information between customers, IT staff, and business partners to ensure high quality and timely resolution of customer issues
- Consultative approach with clients on complex projects
- At least one full lifecycle implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE or Dynamics CRM within the Marketing and / or Customer Insights modules

- Translate business requirements into Dynamics 365 CE solutions in collaboration with stakeholders
- Configure Dynamics 365 CE to optimize client business processes within the Customer Insights module (Marketing)
- Define how we measure business and operations success and validate CRM system performance
- Support clients on Dynamics 365 CE standards and prepare them for using their CRM solution by setting training programs and redefining new roles and responsibilities
