Job Title : QA Automation Engineer - Commercial Banking Platform
Location : Scarborough, Ontario
Qualifications :
- Selenium, Selenium Grid, Java, test automation frameworks
- Complete understanding of automation systems and databases and test automation frameworks
- 5+ years of experience developing automation in at least one language - Java, Python, or web-based technologies
- 5+ years of expertise in automation testing tools like Selenium, Selenium Grid, Robot framework, Karate and Cucumber
- 3+ years of experience in testing REST Services
- 3+ years of experience with Docker and Jenkins
- Good understanding on build tools like Maven, Gradle & Ant
- 2+ years of hands on experience with JIRA & Confluence
Experience :
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in QA automation within a commercial banking or financial services environment.
- Proven track record of implementing and executing automated testing frameworks.
- Technical Skills :
- Proficient in automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration tools.
Communication :
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Education :
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
