Who we need
Reporting to the Director, Data Science, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Data Analytics to help shape how analytics supports our national partnerships. This is a newly created leadership role at the centre of an exciting transformation within our Data Science team, as we evolve from a function-based structure to one that’s vertically aligned to deepen partner focus and business impact. You will lead a team of 4–5 Senior Data Analysts, guiding them to turn data into insights that drive partner performance and unlock new opportunities for growth.
You will build and execute an analytics strategy that links member insights to our partners’ success, to better understand and serve 15 million Scene+ members. You will foster a team culture grounded in excellence, efficiency, and collaboration, empowering Analysts to strengthen their technical depth and develop the soft skills that drive influence. As a visible, vocal leader, you will partner with senior stakeholders to prioritize effectively, streamline processes, and ensure analytics consistently inform strategic decision-making across Scene+’s evolving ecosystem.
This job posting is for an existing vacancy that is a full-time, hybrid role working three days per week on site in our Toronto office.

You will work within a cloud-based analytics ecosystem leveraging tools such as Snowflake, and Tableau, and collaborate with Data Engineering to ensure data integrity, scalability, and governance. Your leadership will help advance Scene+’s data quality standards and drive innovation in predictive and prescriptive analytics that power partner and member success.

Compensation
At Scene+, we believe that compensation should be transparent, fair, and market competitive. Our salary ranges are designed to represent the progression from learning the role to truly mastering it.
This role has a minimum base salary of $105K and a maximum base salary of $130K. Our approach to compensation supports each person’s unique knowledge, skills, abilities, complexity of the role and balances it with internal equity to support a fair and competitive salary. The higher end of the range is reserved for those who have demonstrated deep expertise, while offers closer to the minimum reflect strong potential with room to develop.
