About the Role :
We are seeking experienced Project Managers to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. You will oversee the overall direction, completion, and financial performance of construction projects, ensuring technical success and quality outcomes.
You'll also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, including owners, subcontractors, and design partners.
Responsibilities :
- Ensure projects are completed safely and in line with safety policies.
- Plan and control project activities, including schedules, costs, and reporting.
- Lead project teams, including administration staff and engineers, while collaborating with superintendents.
- Enforce site rules and procedures, aiming for best practices and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain excellent relationships with all project stakeholders.
- Manage project costs, revenue, procurement, and contract administration.
- Address project issues, including labor, staffing, and materials.
- Provide regular updates on project progress.
Qualifications :
- 6+ years of project management experience in construction.
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or equivalent preferred.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
