Weekly Working hours :
11pm to 7am

Responsibilities
The Production Supervisor will ...
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and good manufacturing practices;
- Implant a culture of continuous improvement by actively participating in various initiatives and acting as a promoter;
- Meet, maintain or exceed production standards;
- Ensure that priorities and production schedules are followed, and manage the team accordingly;
- Coach team members so that they all contribute to the company's objectives;
- Evaluate employees according to their performance and communicate observations to them;
- Ensure that all employees receive the training they need to perform their tasks;
- Ensure day-to-day coordination with other departments to minimize line stoppages and / or product waste;
- Promote team spirit, collaboration, respect and leadership.
Qualifications
- College diploma;
- Minimum 5 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment (food, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, etc.);
- Bilingual French-English;
- Knowledge of ERP system (AS400 and SAP);
- Knowledge of Office Suite
