Responsibilities :

Provide program management leadership and expertise for large scalehighly complex high profile and highrisk initiatives that areenterprisewide

Responsible for governance of the OPSsprogram of Artificial Intelligence (AI) projects to ensuresuccessful delivery

Prepare business case(s) and planning submission(s) to communicateprogram strategy and to support programapprovals

Facilitate oversee and support execution of the formal enterprisegovernance framework for the AI program including evolution of theframework asneeded

Manage and guide stakeholders across the OPS who are seekingapproval for AI initiatives

Ensure AI program is costeffective and efficient meets strategic objectives and requiredtimelines and is in line with the Enterprise AI approach for theOPS.

GeneralSkills :

Demonstrated experience supporting enterpriseclevel executives and leading and overseeing program strategydevelopment from inception through to project closeout and anyrequired transition to operations business planning benefitsidentification and organization funding requests for I&ITprograms

Experience leading and supporting execution offormal enterprise executive governanceframework / process

Experience analyzing program and organization s environments toidentify potential risks and issues; articulates and prioritizesissues and risks to senior executives;

recommends mitigationstrategies to decisionmakers to ensure projects are delivered onschedule

Experience developing and executing on complex stakeholdermanagement and communication plans as well as supervising thedevelopment and communication of program relatedupdates

Demonstrated experience understanding and articulating I&ITexecutive expectations and translating into programdeliverables

Experience directing managing and leadingmultidisciplinary project teams including multiple Project Managerseach responsible for an element of the project and associatedmatrix team members

Experience monitoring and managingthe cost risk schedule technical performance and program impact ofeach of the componentprojects

Experienceproviding a program / portfolio view of project interdependencies andexternal project dependencies monitoring and reporting on exposurelevels

Exercises a range of leadership responsibilitiesincluding the role of coach

Experience developingcomplex budgets based on multiple funding channels and crossorganization dependencies.
