My client is seeking a qualified Rental Property Manager for a portfolio of properties they manage in vctoria, BC. This is a full-time / hybrid role for a Rental Property Manager responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with managing rental properties.
This includes marketing & promoting vacancies, screening & selecting tenants, preparing & executing leases, collecting rent, coordinating maintenance & repairs, & addressing tenant inquiries & concerns.
The role is primarily based in Victoria, BC, with flexibility for some remote work. The salary for the role is dependant upon experience & very generous + commission & excellent benefits.

Qualifications :
- Experience in property management & knowledge of residential tenancy laws
- Strong organizational & time management skills
- Excellent communication & customer service skills
- Proficiency in property management software and tools
- Ability to handle multiple tasks & prioritize effectively
- Attention to detail & ability to ensure compliance with regulations
- Knowledge of accounting & financial principles
- Problem-solving & conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently & as part of a team
- Relevant RENTAL licenses (e.g., Real Estate License, Rental Property Management Certification)
