Description of the initiative / objectives

Our customer is looking for strong hands on technical resources who can lead SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) development work.   The candidate must be very hands architect, design and development experience with both Java and Microsoft .NET technologies.

SOA Developer

Responsibilities

• Architect, Design, Develop SOA framework and services
• Mentoring and Coaching other members of our development team with SOA, .NET, SharePoint BizTalk knowledge
• Work extensively with other members of our development team, using your analytical and problem-solving abilities to push the boundaries and create new solutions
• Analyze business and technical requirements.
• Maintain and enhance existing applications

Experience

SOA Developer (10 years or more experience on .Net / Java development)

General & specific skills

§   Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team environment but with a demonstrated history of being able to direct own work and act independently.

Description of the work required and deliverables

Transfer of Knowledge

Document to any changed methodology and architecture, Provide Training to the internal resources.

Work day is 7 hours, Monday to Friday excluding statutory holidays; working hours are 08 : 30 to 16 : 30 with one hour unpaid lunch.   In case of a production problem there may be an occasional need for overtime or work outside of regularly scheduled hours.
