Overview
We seek a Technology Value Realization Specialist to join our Technology Strategy & Planning Department (TSPD). The department leads technology lifecycle management, from strategy to value realization, supporting integration of new technologies into corporate strategies and investments.
Key Responsibilities
- Support company-wide deployment of the Technology Realized Value (TRV) KPI validation and reporting, collaborating with upstream, downstream, finance, and technology teams.
- Manage and oversee the technology stage-gate process, ensuring support for R&D, deployment, and transition to operations to realize technology investments' value.
- Lead and support scientists, engineers, and specialists in de-risking and decision-making for R&D projects, ensuring technical and commercial readiness.
- Advise project teams on business case development, deployment, and value strategies, partnering with technical and commercial stakeholders to optimize R&D returns.
- Assess and improve technology stage-gate practices to ensure compliance and high standards.
- Collaborate with R&D, business, and support functions to align activities and facilitate smooth technology management processes.
- Provide guidance on business case development, IP, commercial strategy, deployment, and techno-economic analysis.
