AbouttheRole :

Ourclient is looking to add a marketing Manager to their team tosupport the VP Marketing in theirinitiatives.

DepartmentalResponsibilities :

Effective and efficient task management andexecution

Create trust and strong relationships with otherdepartments

Strong written and verbal communication with vendors and otherdepartments

Ability to plan ahead for programexecution

Be aware of all workflows processes best practices andobjectives

Support in delivering all marketing collateral sales tools andSales Centres on time and onbudget

Understands marketing fundamentals and has the ability to thinkoutside of thebox

Understands target audiences and consumerinsights

KeyAccountabilities Project Management andExecution :

Support in executing tools that relate to the marketing strategytheme product positioning and creative branding for allprojects

Set up create and maintain project vendor accounts andrelationships

Coordinate and manage schedule that relates to media such as printonline and outdoor advertising as directed by MarketingManager

Assist in gathering assets and creating briefs for inhouse creativeteam and vendors such as interior design website design renderingseditorials and onlinemedia

Assist in sanitizing floorplans and compare them to architecturalplans foraccuracy

Assist in producing editing and proofing various marketingcollateral including signage stationary brochures floorplansfeatures sheets flyers andmore

Project photography tasks which include scouting models locationand suppliers and ensure project photography library is maintainedand up todate

Collaboratively set up templates in CRM system(Spark)

Manage logistics for installations supply orders and vendorcommunication

Collaboratively organize and assist with moving setup and tear downof staged and displayhomes

Assist in the maintenance and cataloging of corporate warehousecontents as directed by Marketing OperationsManager

Maintenance of sales office needs including supplies operations andpresentation standards (interior andexterior)

Assist in the maintenance of pristine presentationcaliberlandscaping with appropriate suppliers and trades as directed by VPMarketing

Assist in overflow tasks necessary from the sales marketing andcommunications teams as necessary :

o Social Mediamanagement

o Interiorand exterior graphiccoordination

o Printing and production of marketingmaterials

o Tendering servicecontracts

o Head office reception duties (relief) asrequired

Run weekly / monthly reports for all campaigns ensuring uppermanagement is aware ofresults

Ensuremeeting agendas are created ahead of each meeting and meetingminutes are captured and circulatedafterwards

Ensure accurate filing and use of allplatforms
