This person will be managing a group of payments processing specialists responsible for processing high-volume, time sensitive transactions and overseeing the payments / reconciliations process, payment support, check clearing and processing chargebacks.
In addition, you'd be responsible for managing day to day functioning of the operations department related to Deposits, FX, Money Market, Letters of Credit, Cheque Clearing / Swaps and understanding treasury products and activities.
This role will assist the Operations team in taking proactive actions regarding the reporting to regulators, mainly compliance reports and assisting in the general maintenance of BAU.
The best candidates have experience in reviewing the regulatory rules and reporting requirements for operations when published by FINTRAC or OSFI.
