Position : Sr. SCADA / HMI Engineer

Location : Hybrid- Pickering (2 days remote)

Structure : Contract 24 months to start

Pay : Up to $80.00 p / h inc.

We have a great new opportunity to support one of our Energy Sector clients in a contract capacity!

Requirements :

• Understanding of computer architecture,
• Experience with industrial control systems (ICS), SCADA / HMI configuration tools, assembly programming
• Develop and test control logic, HMI displays, and communication interfaces for process and equipment control
• Troubleshoot hardware / software issues
• 4-year university degree in Engineering (Computer, Electrical, or other relevant discipline)
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience within engineering; specifically Digital Control Computing
• Candidate must be a fully licensed engineer in the province of Ontario, or be eligible to be licensed in the Province of Ontario
• Experience and strength in understanding, executing and following governance and procedures with a questioning and analytical attitude / approach under minimum required supervision;
• Experience and ability as a team player to understand and manage the interrelationships of various internal and external groups in order to facilitate objectives and ensure projects satisfy stakeholder requirements;
