Assistant Project Manager's Main Duties and Responsibilities include :
- Identifying problems and offering efficient solutions
- Administrative tasks such as taking and directing calls, and managing payroll
- Creating reports on project progress and submitting them to Project Managers
- Communicating with stakeholders, employees, and clients
- Assigning tasks to employees
- Researching information that may help leverage project development
- Overseeing budget and project spending
- Analyzing data collected during, and for, the project

- 5+ years progressive construction experience, specifically in ICI New Build or Renovation projects with General Contractors
- Mechanical Background
- Advanced skills in MS Office products - Excel, Word and Outlook, Primavera, Prolog and Procore software are an asset.
- Excellent technical computer and organizational skills
- Post-secondary diploma in a construction related discipline such as Engineering
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of different construction methods, sequencing, potential problems, and time-lines
- Knowledge of relevant construction law and building code

They are looking for a Assistant PM who is interested in large scale projects.
