High Tech Genesis is looking for a senior software developer to work on our engineering team.
The successful candidate will be working with industry best tools, using the latest and greatest technologies along with a world-class team of some of the smartest minds in the industry.
Due to the initial short direction, we need someone who can hit the ground running with minimal ramp-up time. To accomplish our goals, we have a well-defined set of tasks that we need done;
finishing up a feature and possibly adding a couple more.
As a senior software engineer, we expect that you are comfortable working with large codebases and streams, and that you are well versed in solving technical challenges through code.
Required skills and experience :
- 5+ years of software development (OOP) experience
- 3+ years of experience with Go (Golang)
- 2+ years of experience with microservices
- 2+ years of Rest API development
- 2+ years of Linux
- 2+ years of a source code repository like Git
- 2+ Years of Agile / Scrum
Desired skills :
- Experience with Docker / Kubernetes
- Understanding of Cloud : AWS, Azure, or OpenStack
- Knowledgeable in TCP / IP Networking (Bonus points for CCNA)
