About the Role

We’re future‑focused and are looking for the right Senior Strategist with a growth mindset to join our evolving team. This role reports to the Associate Director and is a crucial part of the social media team. It has a unique opportunity to be on the ground floor of a fast‑growing specialty agency.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead a collection of social media accounts.
• Serve as direct support to client contacts.
• Communicate weekly with vendors or operational partners to ensure alignment on tasks, quality and improvements.
• Build strategies for clients each quarter.
• Create, maintain and optimise budgets for paid media campaigns.
• Provide fractional support for internal marketing in a boutique agency setting.
• Deeply understand client positioning and unique value propositions.
• Confirm lead routing accuracy within a CRM.
• Manage personal productivity and utilisation.
• Collaborate with the Associate Director to ensure internal and client goals are met.
• Understand the value of programmatic campaigns.
• Drive cross‑sell, upsell and referral opportunities via client relationships.
• Execute and optimise LinkedIn advertising campaigns, including ad copywriting, TAM development and targeting to maximise ROI.
