Associate Marketing Manager, Tostitos & Dips

Overview

We are hiring an Assoc. Marketing Manager to play a critical role in growing one of our largest portfolios Tostitos & Dips.

The successful candidate will support the strategic vision and brand planning for these important businesses and ensure creative excellence on consumer programs, as well as the strength of commercial execution to deliver both short-term and long-term results.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for supporting delivery of AOP (volume, share, equity growth) for Tostitos & Dips businesses.
  • Support the Tostitos planning cycle (Strategic Planning, Annual Business Plans, etc.), and lead Dips planning cycle to deliver clear growth strategies grounded in insights.
  • Lead development and execution of innovation pipeline from concept to launch for the Tostitos & Dips businesses, including cross-functional team management.
  • Lead performance management including business scorecards and post-games, leveraging learnings to drive stepchange in key KPIs.
  • Drive creative excellence in Media & Communications planning, working with Insights and agency partners to deliver effective, consumer-loved programming.
  • Oversee & manage Tostitos & Dips budgets, ensuring accuracy and preventing over / under spends.
  • Wire & collaborate with the US brand teams to ensure shared learning and strategic alignment.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional marketing capability and proven track record of delivering results through best-in-class collaboration, consumer mindset, creative excellence, complex problem solving
  • Proven track record of analytical prowess and ability to source, analyze and drive action from various data sets / sources
  • Excellent project and budget management : Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with competing timelines across a diverse group of cross-functional stakeholders while delivering quality work on-time and on-budget
