Responsibilities

• Provides customer service and support for electronic equipment.
• Use manufacturers' service manuals and documentation to provide initial troubleshooting and / or repairs.
• Conducts, maintains, tests and repairs electrical / electronic, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems and components.
• Test and calibrate components and equipment following manufacturer’s manuals and troubleshooting techniques, using hand tools and measuring devices.
• Maintain customer goodwill through effective communication of all services rendered, effective communication of service and operator issues, effective presentation of positive attitude for the company, products, employee, and customers, and maintaining a proper business appearance.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance or services performed.
• Maintains inventory by checking stock, anticipating needs, placing orders, and verifying receipt.
• Stay up to date on the latest products and repair techniques.
• Provides guidance and assistance on repair activities, procedures, etc. to team members.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Performs other duties as required.
• Fully bilingual in English and French required.
