- Analytical Mindset You have experience with producing rigorous quantitative research, particularly in finance, and are adept at balancing intuition with statistical validation.
- Academic Training At a minimum, an undergraduate degree in finance, mathematics, statistics, computer science or related discipline.
Graduate level studies are valuable in this role. Exceptional achievements and recognition (e.g., research or awards) are helpful in demonstrating your abilities.

The base salary range is $90,000 $200,000 annually plus a competitive performance bonus. Compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
