Overview
The ServiceNow Business Analyst will play a key role in our clients’ growth and long-term success by enhancing and designing an Employee IT Technology experience
Responsibilities :
- Analyze existing business processes and workflows and identify opportunities for optimization to enhance and design the Employee IT Technology experience
- Work closely with technical teams to design and configure applications, and workflows to meet business requirements
- Analyze data to provide insights, identify trends, and recommend improvements for Employee IT Technology experience
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, tech teams, and external vendors to ensure alignment and successful project delivery
- Gather and document user requirement, create user stories for business processes
- Review and analyze information, forecasts, methods, schedules, systems, processes and procedures
Required Experience
- 7+ years as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst working in an product / agile environment.
- 7+ years experience with process analysis, design, improvements, and translating business process needs into technical requirements.
- 3+ years experience working with ServiceNow, must have a strong Knowledge base of ServiceNow software - ITSM, Asset Management, HR Onboarding (a plus), & Agile
- Strong communication skills, must be skilled at presenting information and responding effectively to sensitive issues, working across the business to gather requirements and translate technical terms to business terms
