Responsibilities
- Perform tire installations, rotations, and repairs on various types of vehicles.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete tire-related tasks.
- Conduct thorough inspections of tires to identify wear patterns and recommend necessary services.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Assist in sales by informing customers about tire options, promotions, and related services.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
- Lift heavy tires and equipment as needed, adhering to safety protocols.
Requirements
- Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in automotive repair preferred.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in tire maintenance.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Experience working in a dealership or automotive service environment is a plus.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required for tire installation and maintenance tasks.
